WE ARE NOW TAKING ORDERS FOR UK DELIVERY AND CONTINUE TO OFFER A FREE WEEKLY LOCAL DELIVERY SERVICE DURING THE COVID 19 OUTBREAK.
If you’ve ordered from us and somethings not quite right, we can offer you a refund within 2 weeks of receipt (unworn and in it's original packaging), we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item, minus the postage, or offer an exchange if that’s what you’d prefer. If you are returning something please let us know by emailing email@example.com

You can call or email us if you need advice about sizing, we are here to help and it makes things easier for everyone if you don’t need to order multiple sizes and styles.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO SEND THINGS BACK?
14 days. We’d like to make sure that orders and returns are processed as quickly as possible, making sure you get what you want and other customers have access to as much stock as possible.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURNS
We will try to process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item. Please make sure you let us know its coming and we can make sure its processed as quickly as possible

Refunds can only be approved and processed once the goods are back in store. Please make sure you get PROOF OF POSTAGE just in case there is a problem. If something were to go wrong this way we could try and track the item.
Standard delivery 2nd class Royal Mail costs £4.95
Next day guaranteed, tracked Royal Mail delivery costs £12.95. Orders must be placed by 4pm.
FREE delivery (standard) on all UK orders over £50
FREE LOCAL COLLECTION from our address in E17 during shop opening hours.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
